【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesgeneralguidelinesforthedetectionandidentificationofthespecifiedmicroorganismEscherichiacoliincosmeticproducts.MicroorganismsconsideredasspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardmightdifferfromcountrytocountryaccordingtonationalpracticesorregulations.Inordertoensureproductqualityandsafetyforconsumers,itisadvisabletoperformanappropriatemicrobiologicalriskanalysis,soastodeterminethetypesofcosmeticproductstowhichthisInternationalStandardisapplicable.Productsconsideredtopresentalowmicrobiologicalriskincludethosewithlowwateractivity,hydro-alcoholicproducts,extremepHvalues,etc.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodthatisbasedonthedetectionofEscherichiacoliinanon-selectiveliquidmedium(enrichmentbroth),followedbyisolationonaselectiveagarmedium.Othermethodsmaybeappropriatedependingonthelevelofdetectionrequired.NOTEForthedetectionofEscherichiacoli,subculturescanbeperformedonnon-selectiveculturemediafollowedbysuitableidentificationsteps(e.g.usingidentificationkits).Becauseofthelargevarietyofcosmeticproductswithinthisfieldofapplication,thismethodmightnotbesuitedtosomeproductsineverydetail(e.g.certainwater-immiscibleproducts).OtherInternationalStandardsmaybeappropriate.Othermethods(e.g.automated)canbesubstitutedforthetestpresentedhereprovidedthattheirequivalencehasbeendemonstratedorthemethodhasbeenotherwisevalidated.

【摘要】:Environmentalsitecharacterizationprojectsalmostalwaysrequireinformationregardingsubsurfacesoilstratigraphyandhydraulicparametersrelatedtogroundwaterflowrateanddirection.Soilstratigraphyoftenisdeterminedbyvariousdrillingproceduresandinterpretingthedatacollectedonboreholelogs.Theelectronicpiezoconepenetrometertestisanothermeansofdeterminingsoilstratigraphythatmaybefaster,lessexpensive,andprovidegreaterresolutionofthesoilunitsthanconventionaldrillingandsamplingmethods.Forenvironmentalsitecharacterizationapplications,theelectronicpiezoconealsohastheadditionaladvantageofnotgeneratingcontaminatedcuttingsthatmaypresentotherdisposalproblems(2,3,4,5,6,7,8,15).Investigatorsmayobtainsoilsamplesfromadjacentboringsforcorrelationpurposes,butpriorinformationorexperienceinthesameareamayprecludetheneedforborings(1).Mostconepenetrometerrigsareequippedwithdirectpushsoilsamplers(GuideD6282)thatcanbeusedtoconfirmsoiltypes.Theelectronicpiezoconepenetrationtestisaninsituinvestigationmethodinvolving:Pushinganelectronicallyinstrumentedprobeintotheground(seeFig.1foradiagramofatypicalconepenetrometer).Thepositionoftheporepressureelementmayvarybutistypicallylocatedintheu2position(TestMethodD5778).Recordingforceresistances,suchastipresistance,localfriction,andporewaterpressure.Datainterpretation.Themostcommonuseoftheinterpreteddataisstratigraphybasedonsoilbehaviortypes.Severalchartsareavailable.AtypicalCPTsoilbehaviortypeclassificationchartisshowninFigs.2and3(9).Thefirststepindeterminingtheextentandmotionofcontaminantsistodeterminethesubsurfacestratigraphy.Sincethecontaminantswillmigratewithgroundwaterflowingthroughthemorepermeablestrata,itisimpossibletocharacterizeanenvironmentalsitewithoutvalidstratigraphy.Conepenetrometerdatahasbeenusedasastratigraphictoolformanyyears.Theporepressurechanneloftheconecanbeusedtodeterminethedepthtothewatertableortolocateperchedwaterzones.Hydraulicconductivitycanbeestimatedbasedonsoilbehaviortype(Figs.4and5).Theseestimatesspantwotothreeordersofmagnitude.Alternately,porepressuredata(4.5)canbeusedforrefinedestimatesofhydraulicconductivity.Whenattemptingtoretrieveasoilgasorwatersample,itisadvantageoustoknowwherethebearingzones(permeablezones)arelocated.Althoughsoilgasandwatercanberetrievedfromon-bearingzonessuchasclays,thelengthoftimerequiredusuallymakesitimpractical.Soilgasandwatersamplescanberetrievedmuchfasterfrompermeablezones,suchassands.Theconepenetrometertipandfrictiondatagenerallycanidentifyandlocatethebearingzonesandnonbearingzoneslessthanafootthickveryaccurately.Theelectronicconepenetrometertestisusedinavarietyofsoiltypes.Lightweightequipmentwithreactionweightsoflessthan10tonsgenerallyarelimitedtosoilswithrelativelysmallgrainsizes.Typicaldepthsobtainedare20to40m,butdepthstoover70mwithheavierequipmentweighing20tonsormorearenotuncommon.Sincepenetrationisadirectresultofverticalforcesanddoesnotincluderotationordrilling,itcannotbeutilizedinrockorheavilycementedsoils.Depthcapabilitiesareafunctionofmanyfactorsincluding:1.1Theelectronicconepenetrometertestoftenisusedtodeterminesubsurfacestratigr......
