【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReport(type2)aimsatprovidingadviceonmethodsfordevelopingclimaticloaddatabases.ThisisnecessaryfortheimplementationofIEC60826whichprovidestheframeworkforNationalStandardsonoverheadlinedesign.However,foritspracticaluse,itisrequiredthatdesignengineersacquireandutiliseclimaticdata,sincesufficientinformationisoftennotavailableinexistingbuildingcodesandstandards.Inparticularthereisalackofinformationoniceloads.Theobjectiveofthisreportismetby:a)reportingontheavailabilityandproperuseofclimaticdatab)recommendingsimplestandardizedmeasurementtechniquesc)reviewingicingmodelsforcomputingiceloads.Thedetailsofeachoftheforegoingaspectsofoverheadlinedesignloadsarepresentedinthefollowingclauses.Clause3describestheframework-orstrategy-linkingtheseseparateaspectstogether.
