【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsfordetermining?theinsertionloss,infrequencybands,ofductedsilencerswithandwithoutairflow,?thesoundpowerlevel,infrequencybands,oftheflownoise(orregeneratedsound)generatedbyductedsilencers,?thetotalpressurelossofsilencerswithairflow,and?thetransmissionloss,infrequencybands,ofair-terminalunits.Themeasurementproceduresareintendedforlaboratorymeasurementsatambienttemperature.MeasurementsonsilencersinsituarespecifiedinISO11820.ItistobenotedthattheresultsdeterminedinalaboratoryaccordingtothisInternationalStandardwillnotnecessarilybethesameasthoseobtainedinsitu(installation),asdifferentsoundandflowfieldswillyielddifferentresults.Forexample,thepressurelosswillbelowerunderlaboratoryconditionsthaninsitu,butwillbecomparablebetweendifferentlaboratories.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoalltypesofsilencerincludingsilencersforventilatingandairconditioningsystems,airintakeandexhaustoffluegases,andsimilarapplications.Otherpassiveair-handlingdevices,suchasbends,air-terminalunitsorT-connectors,canalsobetestedusingthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletoreactivesilencersusedformotorvehicles.
