【摘要】:Theindentationhardnessofflexiblecellularmaterialsisameasureoftheirload-bearingproperties.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesfourmethods(AtoD)forthedeterminationofindentationhardnessandonemethod(E)fordeterminationofcompressivedeflectioncoefficientandhysteresislossrateofflexiblecellularmaterials.AnnexAprovidesasummaryoftestparametersandtypicalforce-indentationgraphsobtainedwiththesemethods.Thesefivemethodsareapplicableonlytolatexfoam,urethanefoamandPVCfoamoftheopen-celltype.Themethodsspecifiedcanbeusedfortestingfinishedarticlesandforthecharacterizationofbulkmaterial.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthefollowingmethods:a)MethodA—Determinationofthe40%/30sindentationhardnessindex,whichgivesasingleindentationmeasurementforlaboratorytestpurposes;b)MethodB—Determinationofthe25%-40%-65%/30sindentationhardnesscharacteristics,whichprovidesinformationabouttheshapeofthehardnessindentationcurve;c)MethodC—Determinationofthe40%indentationhardnesscheck,whichisaquickproceduresuitableforqualitycontroltesting;d)MethodD—Determinationofthe25%/20slowindentationhardnessindex,whichisaquickproceduresuitableasaninspectiontest;e)MethodE—Determinationofthecompressivedeflectioncoefficientandhysteresislossrate,whichgivesadditionalinformationabouttheload-bearingpropertiesofmaterials.Theresultsobtainedbythesemethodsrelateonlytothetestconditionsspecifiedandcannot,ingeneral,beuseddirectlyfordesignpurposes.

【摘要】:TheSIRISituationExchangeservice(SIRI-SX)allowstheefficientexchangeofdataaboutsituationscausedbyplannedandunplannedincidentsandeventsandisintendedtosupporttheusecasesidentifiedinAnnexC.Situationsareactualorpotentialperturbationstonormaloperationofatransportnetwork.TheSIRISXserviceusesthecommonSIRIcommunicationframeworkandserviceswhicharedescribedinCEN/TS15531-1andnotrepeatedinthisdocument.TheSituationExchangeservicehasarichSituationmodel,allowingastructureddescriptionofallaspectsofmultimodaltravelSituations,includingcause,scope,effectandrulesfordistributiontoanaudience.Thestructuredvaluesenablingcomputerbaseddistributionthroughawidevarietyofchannels,andthepresentationofdataindifferentformatsfordifferentdeviceanddifferentaudiences.TheSituationExchangeServiceallowstheexchangeofincidentandeventinformationbetween,amongstothers:Controlcentres;Operationsstaff;Publicinformationsystems;Alertsystemsandpersonalisedalertsystems;UTMCsystems;Journeyplanners;AVMS(AutomaticVehicleManagementSystems).SIR-SXusesanetworkmodelbasedontheCENTransmodelconceptualmodelforpublictransportnetworks,schedulesandoperations,alongwiththeCENIdentificationofFixedObjectsinPublicTransport(IFOPT)modelfordescribingphysicaltransportinterchanges.TheSituationExchangeserviceisenvisagedasa'backoffice'captureandexchangeservicethatwillfeedotherpublicfacingtravelinformationdisseminationsystems,inparticularthoseusingtheTPEGformat.TransportProtocolExpertGroup(TPEG)isaEuropeanBroadcastingUnionfosteredstandardforbroadcastingtraveldataoverDigitalAssistedBroadcasting(DAB)radioandotherchannels.Tothisend,theSIRI-SXsituationclassificationmodelhasbeenharmonisedasfaraspossiblewiththatofTPEGandDATEX2sothatfullinteroperabilitycanbeachieved.UsesofstructuredelementsfromTPEG,forwhichtranslationsalreadyexistinmostEuropeanlanguages,alsofacilitateshumanreadabilityindifferentnationallanguages.MaintainingandimprovingaharmonisationwithTPEGwillbeacontinuingobjective.InadditiontotheTPEGexchangeablecontent,SIRI-SXmessagescontainadditionalstructuredinformationwhichallowsthemtobeprocessedinadditionalways.Situationandcomputersystemsandapplicationsaretypicallydistributed,thatisinformationwillbecapturedononesystemandexchangedwithothersfordisseminationandfurtherprocessing.Thismeansthatamessagedesignisneededthatallowsthemanagementoftheidentityofdistributedmessagesovertimeandacrossdifferentsystems,sothatsubsequentupdatestoaSituationcanbereconciledbydifferentsystemsoveranetwork,andobsoletemessagescanberetiredautomatically.TheSIRI-SXsituationmodelisdesignedtosupportthedistributedmanagementofSituations.
